And when you feel and express it with words of gratitude through your heart, Allah assures you to increase wealth, provision and income with his divine scheme.

And (remember) when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you (in favor); but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.’

Allah does not answer the prayers of those who make unlawful earning, then clothe and nourish themselves from haram money. Therefore, it’s essential to leave the unlawful rizq, which includes money gained from cheat, deceit, gambling, interest, trade of Islamically unlawful products & services etc.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “O people, Allah is pure and He only accepts what is pure. Verily, Allah has commanded the believers as He has commanded His Messengers. Allah said: O Messengers, eat from wholesome foods and act righteously, for I know what you do (23:51). And Allah said: O you who believe, eat from wholesome food We have provided for you,” (2:172). Then, the Prophet mentioned a man who traveled far, becoming disheveled and dusty and he raises his hands to the sky, saying, “O Lord! O Lord!” Yet his food is unlawful, his drink is unlawful, his clothing is unlawful, and he is nourished by the unlawful, so how can he be answered?

So instead look for the hereafter, this way, you’ll work with peace of mind and Allah will allow the rizq to come to you automatically.

Whoever is concerned about the Hereafter, Allah will place richness in his heart, bring his affairs together, and the world will inevitably come to him.
